Welcome A-CBT Applicant!

Due to web access issues in parts of Turkey and Saudia Arabia, A-CBT has designed an application process that will assist you in applying for A-CBT application via your Country of Residence. Please, see details below for your respective application type and related details.

General CBT Certification Application

If you wish to achieve certification from the Academy of CBT, you must first apply to qualify as a Certified Cognitive & Behavioral Therapist. Certification eligibility requirements include but are not limited to - holding a professional degree in behavioral health (or a related field), obtaining a minimum of 40 CBT training hours, and the ability to see patients in a 1:1 clinical setting. Eligible applicants may apply and submit their application via email to info@academyofcbt.org.

Trainer Consultant Application

Those applicants who are interested in becoming a Trainer Consultant for A-CBT are eligible to apply so long as they have been a Diplomate member of the Academy of CBT for five years or more. As a Trainer Consultant, you will have the opportunity to evaluate work samples from new A-CBT Certified Diplomates and provide CBT-related training in collaboration with the Academy of CBT. Eligible applicants from Turkey or Saudia Arabia can apply and submit their application via email to info@academyofcbt.org.

Payment Information

As an applicant from Turkey or Saudia Arabia, you will be asked to Register for our website prior to A-CBT processing your payment for your application. This process is easy and hassle-free.
